Please see below some comments from our customers about working with Wayne Crouse Inc.

Dear Wayne Crouse:
I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to your company and staff for their professional mechanical work here at SCI Fayette. As you are aware of, you are currently working on a project to replace the entire high temperature hot water distribution system. So far the project has been going well. There are many constraints and security issues that working in a facility such as ours places on a contractor and your staff has met every challenge and obstacle professionally and head on.  I would like to specifically comment on the several emergency repairs that have been done under a separate contract. Your superintendents and project manager have gone above and beyond to keep the poor system we have operating over the last 2+ years. The importance of keeping those incarcerated with heat and hot water cannot be underestimated. The safety and security of our staff and the surrounding community have been impacted positively by the continuation of this very basic service.

I look forward to the completion and testing of the current project and will not hesitate to contact you for future mechanical needs

Sincerely,
Corrections Facility Maintenance Manager

Dear Wayne Crouse:
This correspondence is to express my appreciation to you and your staff, specifically your project manager and site superintendent, on the successful compietion of our Secondary Upgrade Project at the Authority’s Piney Fork WWTP. This was the first major upgrade of this facility in a number of years. Wayne Crouse, as the General Contractor, was responsible for all site development, concrete work, building trades and mechanical work in addition to coordinating the work with the Electrical Contractor for the project. A critical aspect of this project was maintaining plant operations during construction and pnasing the construction to facilitate this important task. This was a particular concern for the major concrete pours that were occurring during this project your staff handled this issue in a professional manner and always kept me and my operations staff informed of the work well ahead of schedule.

Your project manager and site superintendent were always professional in the way they managed their staff and resources and were completely committed to this project When issues did occur, as they always do in a project of this type, we were always able to work things out to our mutual satisfaction.

This project has worked out better than we had hoped. The plant is more than meeting its regulatory requirements and has helped the Authority gain additional respect of the local regulatory agencies. This project was so successful that it won an award for the Top Wastewater Project in the country by Water & Wastes Digest and was the feature of an article and presentation at the international Water Environment Federation conference held in Orlando, Florida.

Again, I thank you and your staff for your hard work and dedication on this project and we hope to work with you in the future.

Sincerely,
Plant Superintendent- Bethel Park Municipal Authority

To Whom It May Concern:
It my privilege to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Wayne Crouse Incorporated. I have had the pleasure of working with your project managers and site foremen on two large projects while serving as a Project Manager for West Virginia University. The first project officially titled “Phase One Utility Infrastructure Upgrades” involved the installation of multiple chillers at a central location and the installation distribution piping throughout the northern portion of West Virginia University’s Downtown Campus. The second project was officially titled “Colson Hall Renovation”" This project renovated an old structure on campus which became the new English Department building on the downtown campus.

During my years working with Wayne Crouse Incorporated I found their craftsmanship and attention to detail to be superb. However, their greatest attribute is their professionalism. With all construction projects there are challenges to overcome. I feel that Mr Walters and his subordinates were in partnership with the University. Issues dealing with change orders, schedules and accommodating the needs of a demanding owner, such as West Virginia University, were always handled in a fair and timely manner. With the wealth of knowJedge and experience Wayne Crouse, Inc. has accumulated they often played a role in crucial decision making as part of their team oriented approach toward project management.

It is my opinion that any endeavor in which you are partnered with Wayne Crouse Incorporated will be successful.

Sincerely,
Associate Director of Transportation and Parking West Virginia University
