Mr. Lugaila worked his way up from a Steamfitter in Local #449 to President in 1988.  Under his direction, Wayne Crouse, Inc. has continued to successfully grow to become one of the leading Mechanical Contracting firms in the tristate area.  He has recently retired, but maintains a crucial role in overseeing the various management teams within the company.

Bill began his career as a laborer for Wayne Crouse, Inc. at age 18, after earning his Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Business Administration and Occupational Health and Safety.  Working his way up through the ranks from Laborer, to Estimator, Project Manager, and Safety Manager until he found his niche as President in December of 2014.  With his education and construction experience, he has the ability to not only manage his day to day responsibilities, and oversee all aspects of senior management, but also take the company to new levels, including the startup of a new Service Division.

David A. DeSalle

David A. DeSalle

Starting out his career in 1980 as a drafting designer and estimator, David is now the VP of Estimating and responsible for overseeing the entire estimation team. His other responsibilities include project management, procurement of equipment and materials, subcontract negotiations, scheduling, and cost control.

After completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management and his Master’s in Business Administration from Clarion University, Bill followed in his father’s (William P. Lugaila) footsteps and joined Steamfitters Local #449, where his career at Wayne Crouse, Inc. began.  Starting as an apprentice, Bill quickly graduated from Foreman to Project Manager.  Combining his education with his construction experience he has successful earned the role of VP of Field Operations, where he manages manpower allocations for all projects, as well as continues to function as a full time project manager.

Anthony R. Marino

Anthony R. Marino

Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Notre Dame University, and continued his education to receive a Master of Business Administration from Robert Morris University.  He began his career at Wayne Crouse, Inc. 7 years ago in the accounting department, where he quickly learned all of the financial aspects of the company.  He was promoted to Purchasing Director in 2013, and has successfully streamlined the purchasing process.  In addition to his purchasing responsibilities, Tony has also been the Safety Director since 2007, where he oversees all aspects of the company safety policy, training, etc.  

Alfred F. (Fred) Vogt

Alfred F. (Fred) Vogt

Fred began his career at Wayne Crouse, Inc. in 1985 laying out mechanical systems for water treatment facilities, and from there moved into estimating and eventually project management. His experience as a project manager is comprised of a comprehensive spectrum of projects that include correctional facilities, gas compressor stations, healthcare, higher education, and industrial piping projects in addition to both industrial and municipal water and wastewater projects.  As Director of Water Treatment, he is responsible for managing, coordination, and supervising current water treatment projects as well as estimation and design for upcoming water treatment projects. Fred also oversees management and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure the projects stay within budget and are completed within the established time constraints. To date, Fred has managed projects totaling in excess of 100 million dollars.

Bill brings nearly 40 years of experience to the table with education/training including a one year Commercial/Industrial Electrical Wiring Certificate, Registered Electrician License (City of Pittsburgh), Steamfitter Local 449, HVAC 4-Year Program Certificate, City of Pittsburgh Contractors License, and Centrifugal Absorption Screw Compressor and Chiller Training.  With his background, he has successfully started, and grown, the Wayne Crouse, Inc. Service Department, including service sales, contract negotiations, emergency repairs, etc.

An Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 19 years of experience Sean has successfully implemented and trained the estimating department in the use of our estimation software, as well as simplified and standardized the bid culmination process.

Cara L. Fulton

With 29 years of experience, primarily in the construction industry, Cara has successfully standardized the majority of the Project Management and Administration processes, as well as oversees all Project Administrators and their assignments.  She also assists with project estimating, management, quality, safety, and purchasing.
